The Wellness Centre is pleased to welcome Cathy Beaudreau as our new Practice Manager.

Cathy is a distinguished Advanced Practice Nurse with over 18 years of experience in emergency departments, urgent care, primary health care, concierge medicine, and specialty clinics. As the new Practice Manager, she brings a wealth of expertise in clinical operations, process improvement, and change management. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lakehead University, along with a Master of Nursing degree from the University of Western Ontario.

With extensive clinical experience as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner, Cathy is adept at delivering comprehensive health care across diverse settings. She is registered as an Advanced Practice Nurse with the Cayman Islands Nursing and Midwifery Council and as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Throughout her career, Cathy has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, managing quality compliance, accreditation processes, and patient safety initiatives. She has excelled in enhancing healthcare delivery standards and policies, significantly improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency through her collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.

Relocating to Grand Cayman in 2021, Cathy is committed to elevating the quality of healthcare in the Cayman Islands, with a strong belief in integrating mental health into overall health care. Her ability to build positive rapport with clients, colleagues, and professionals makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

What do you love most about the work you do?

What I love most about the work I do is knowing that I can make a difference in our client’s lives at The Wellness Centre. Seeing firsthand how our care and support helps individual facing mental health challenges brings me deep satisfaction. It’s not just about managing operations; it’s about touching lives and contributing to our community’s well-being. Mental health advocacy and holistic healthcare are deeply meaningful to me, and being part of this effort feels incredibly fulfilling.
