Daniella Ebanks

Daniella Ebanks is a Senior Behavior Technician who recently rejoined the Developmental Support Services team at The Wellness Centre. With over five years of experience in behavior analysis, Daniella specializes in implementing individualized interventions to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She began her career at The Wellness Centre in the summer of 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), was promoted to Senior Behavior Technician in 2022, and later returned to this role after completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2024. Daniella completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in the Fall of 2024 at the University of West Florida. While pursuing full-time studies, she continued to refine her skills during summer breaks by working at The Wellness Centre. She is currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Certificate in Education program at the University College of the Cayman Islands, where she is furthering her expertise in early childhood education. Daniella is passionate about children’s well-being, she has always prioritized providing the best care a child can be offered. She is committed to empowering children with disabilities to achieve their full potential. In her free time, Daniella enjoys spending quality time with her children and family.
