Registered Behaviour Technician
Lilla Arliani is a Registered Behaviour Technician who has worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for 10 years. She graduated from Atma Jaya University, Indonesia, with her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology concentrating in Child Psychopathology.
Prior to joining The Wellness Centre, Lilla spent many years providing services to children with autism in centre-based and home-based intensive behavioural intervention programs in Jakarta, Bali and Singapore. She moved to Cayman Islands in 2014 and received her RBT credential through the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board. In 2017, she attended the 43rd Annual Convention for Association for Behaviour Analysis International (ABAI) in Denver, Colorado.
Lilla is extremely passionate about enhancing communication, social skills, behaviour reduction and emotional self-regulation for children with special needs. Some of her recent interests have been the ESDM approach and how to implement ABA methods in equity and inclusive practice.
