Developmental Support Services Manager

Sloane Pharr is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, ESDM Certified Therapist, and P-ESDM Coach. She holds a Master’s degree in ‘Teaching using Applied Behaviour Analysis’ as well as a 2nd Master’s degree in ‘Psychology and Education,’ both from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her trainings and certifications include: C-SMARRT, Darkness to Light, PECS Level 1, and Adult/Child/Infant CPR. She is also the President of the Caribbean ABAI Affiliate Chapter as well as the Caribbean Association for Behaviour Analysis. In 2019 Sloane became Non-violent Crisis  Intervention Instructor to ensure that The Wellness Centre staff have the most up to date training with regards to Non-violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention. She has 16 years experience working in the field of ABA in the USA, New Zealand, and the Cayman Islands. For the past 12 years she has worked diligently in our community to change the long-term prognosis for children with autism. She has grown our ABA team from 1 to a diverse group of 14 practitioners including Team Leads, Senior Behaviour Technicians, and Behaviour Technicians. Sloane’s passion is helping children, adolescents, teens, and adults to reach their full potential and supporting and empowering parents and community stakeholders to be better equipped to facilitate and encourage lasting change.
