Sydni Ebanks

Sydni Ebanks is an important member of our Developmental Support Services Team. She works as a Behaviour Technician providing development interventions to children who have a diverse range of neurodevelopmental diagnosis. Sydni is an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) and one of the first Caymanians to complete The Wellness Centre’s IBT training internship, earning her registration with the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO).  Sydni earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Brock University in Canada and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology online while continuing her work at The Wellness Centre. While Sydni finds fulfillment in helping people of all ages, she discovered a deep passion for working with children through her years of experience at youth camps. As an IBT, Sydni finds joy in celebrating every win with her clients and supporting their progress throughout the learning process. She is encouraged and fulfilled seeing both their growth and their smiles each day.
