International Behaviour Analyst
Thuji is an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) and seasoned practitioner in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with over a decade of global experience supporting neurodivergent individuals. She holds Master degrees in ABA and Social Work and is certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Mental Health Counsellor. As a dedicated advocate for inclusion and lifelong learning, Thuji integrates evidence-based ABA practices with cultural sensitivity to design effective behavioral interventions. Her approaches towards leadership, collaboration, and compassion care are always focused on promoting positive change across diverse educational, clinical, and community settings.
