Vanessa Machado Jaimes is an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with a background in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. She also pursued advanced studies in Neurosciences, enriching her clinical expertise with a strong neuropsychological and scientific foundation.
With more than seven years of international experience in Mexico and the United Arab Emirates, Vanessa has worked in hospitals, specialized schools, and multidisciplinary clinics, supporting children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Her approach uniquely combines evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with psychotherapeutic strategies, offering interventions that promote both skill development and emotional well-being for children and their families.
Throughout her career, Vanessa has conducted skill assessments, designed and implemented individualized treatment programs, trained parents and caregivers, and supervised therapists. She has extensive experience in addressing challenging behaviors, teaching communication skills, and fostering independence.
She served as a Senior Therapist at Carbone Clinic, where she played a key role in the supervision of advanced ABA programs and the professional training of therapists. Currently, in addition to her clinical practice, Vanessa develops training programs and specialized workshops in ABA supervision and leadership, aiming to elevate professional practice standards in the region.
