Yasmine Kudowor is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a strong academic background in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began her career in the United States, working across schools, homes, and multidisciplinary clinics to support children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Yasmine’s practice in the field centers on evidence-based ABA, providing culturally responsive and meaningful interventions that foster both skill development and emotional well-being for children and their families.
Throughout her career, Yasmine has conducted comprehensive skill assessments, developed and implemented individualized treatment programs, and provided parent and caregiver training. She has also contributed to the professional development of fellow therapists, emphasizing collaboration and quality care and furthered her education through research endeavors.
As a Program Supervisor at Olive Behavior Care, Yasmine played a key role in overseeing advanced ABA programs and mentoring staff under BCBA supervision. Her expertise spans behaviour reduction, communication training, and promoting independence across developmental stages.
Currently pursuing certification as a Behaviour Analyst in the field, Yasmine is committed to lifelong learning and expanding access to effective, compassionate ABA services. She is particularly motivated by bridging the gap between clinical services and parent education, and by helping to shift public perception of behaviour analysis through community engagement and advocacy on a self-managed blog.
